Module 1: People and Performance Management (Level 4)/TGS-2020504982

Develop and implement team plans to achieve business objectives, resource allocation, rewards and remuneration management and other complementary soft skills to support team performance and exercise emotional intelligence. At the end of this module, the learners will gain the ability to 1. Lead team leaders in the development and implementation of team plans to achieve business objectives. 2. Manage team performance to achieve business results and reward team performance.

 Module2: People Change Management (Level 4)/TGS-2020504980

Facilitate and implement innovation and change strategies, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and evaluate change strategies for improvement. At the end of this module, the learners will gain the ability to 1. Work with team leaders to manage change processes. 2. Facilitate innovation at the workplace. 3. Implement change strategies and processes and evaluating the impact of change.

 Module3: Personal Effectiveness (Level 4)/TGS-2020504981

Work and role delegation, solicit team leader feedback, enhance team cohesion, contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans, applying effective communication and influence. At the end of this module, the learners will gain the ability to 1. Communicate effectively using various organization communication channels, influence stakeholders positively 2. Develop effective leadership qualities.

 Module4: People Development (Level 4)/TGS-2020504998

Assess current skill requirements of team leaders, identify performance gaps, establish appropriate development priorities and plans, apply relevant techniques to stimulate performance improvements. At the end of this module, the learners will gain the ability to 1. Identify team leaders’ skill requirements and facilitate their learning opportunities to enhance performance. 2. Coach team leaders to help them develop their skills and gain confidence. ?

Module5: Organisational Relationship Building (Level 4)/TGS-2020512807

Develop and implement systems and processes to support workforce diversity and exercise high social and cultural awareness, apply relevant soft skills to break down barriers to workplace cooperation and demonstrate leadership accountabilities. At the end of this module, the learners will gain the ability to 1. Understand the various implications of workplace diversity. 2. Apply diversity management techniques including building rapport, promoting diversity awareness, inclusiveness and cohesiveness within the workplace.

 Module6：People and Relationship Management (Level 4)/

The learner will acquire the ability to 1) Develop a manpower resource plan with the underpinning knowledge of the components of a manpower resource plan and the techniques for optimizing manpower resources 2) Evaluate the performance of team in line with service operations plan with the underpinning knowledge of the criteria to evaluate performance 3) Communicate manpower plans effectively with the underpinning knowledge of the methods of communicating manpower plans and changes

C) Course fee can be claimed from-SFC or PSEA(18-30yrs old/Singaporean)
D)UTAP scheme for  NTUC members enjoy 50% *unfunded course fee support for up to $250 each year is eligible for this course.
