COURSE OUTLINE:
This module will enable learners to effectively manage the various types of workplace incidents and respond with appropriate follow-up actions, which can include crowd management, reporting incidents to authorities, following proper SOPs, and documenting the incidents.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
On completion of the course, the participant should be able to:
• Contain incidents of damage to facilities and equipment
• Handle fire-related incidents
• Handle suspicious behaviour and crime-related incidents
• Handle medical or first-aid related incidents
• Handle bomb or IED (Improvised Explosive Device) threat incidents
• Search, apprehend and arrest suspects
• Give evidence in court

COURSE FEE AFTER FUNDING CAN BE CLAIMED THROUGH:
