COURSE OVERVIEW
With the advancement in technology, the majority of an organisation’s work activities are being performed online instead of being paper based. The objective of our course is to ensure that employees in the organisation are educated and trained to support organisational efforts in identifying cybersecurity threats, developing materials for cybersecurity education and implementation of cybersecurity awareness programmes.
TARGET AUDIENCE (OPERATIONAL, SUPERVISORY & MANAGERIAL)
This training is relevant to employees in operational and supervisory positions that need to be aware of and deal with security and cybersecurity issues in their job roles.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
By the end of this course, learners will be able to:
- Provide advisory to employees on identified areas of improvement relating to cyber security risks and practices in the organisation.
- Develop effective security education materials to maximise security awareness programmes in the organisation.
- Apply effective approaches and methods to implement and review effectiveness of approved security awareness programmes.

Develop and implement systems and processes to support workforce diversity and exercise high social and cultural awareness, apply relevant soft skills to break down barriers to workplace cooperation and demonstrate leadership accountabilities. At the end of this module, the learners will gain the ability to 1. Understand the various implications of workplace diversity. 2. Apply diversity management techniques including building rapport, promoting diversity awareness, inclusiveness and cohesiveness within the workplace.
Module6:People and Relationship Management (Level 4)/
The learner will acquire the ability to 1) Develop a manpower resource plan with the underpinning knowledge of the components of a manpower resource plan and the techniques for optimizing manpower resources 2) Evaluate the performance of team in line with service operations plan with the underpinning knowledge of the criteria to evaluate performance 3) Communicate manpower plans effectively with the underpinning knowledge of the methods of communicating manpower plans and changes
