Watch as they“grow, mature and transform” into a myriad of aromatic, tasty bread varieties. In this WSQ certified Basic Bread Preparation course, you will learn an array of unique bread
recipes, from traditional brioche to café favourites bomboloni and Asian classic polo bun, there is a recipe to satisfy every palate. Learn techniques to mix, knead, shape and proof the dough. Explore different methods of baking delicious and flavourful bread.

- All PRs & LTVP+ & Singaporeans aged 21 – 39 years old: $531

COURSE FEE AFTER FUNDING CAN BE CLAIMED THROUGH:
