COURSE OVERVIEW:
Follow guidelines to provide positive customer service to a diverse range of customers
Teaching Methodology

- Methods to project a professional image and persona

COURSE FEE AFTER FUNDING CAN BE CLAIMED THROUGH:
- SkillsFuture Credit: Singaporeans aged 25 and above can use their credits to pay for course fees.
