OVERVIEW:
Baking bread for the first time is one of life’s greatest pleasures. Mixing, kneading, resting and proofing. A multi-step process where patience is rewarded with pleasant aromas and delicious bread.
In this WSQ certified Fundamental Bread Preparation course, you will learn four bread recipes from the East to the West, from baos to pizzas!
Our expert chefs will share knowledge on bread making tools, equipment, baking ingredients and weighing formulations. You will gain practical skills in handling knives, shaping doughs, piping toppings and bread preparation sequence.

Entry Requirements:
- 21 years of age and above
- Primary education and above
- Workplace Literacy & Numeracy Level: At least Level 2 (listening/speaking and reading/writing)

- All PRs & LTVP+ & Singaporeans aged 21 – 39 years old: $354

COURSE FEE AFTER FUNDING CAN BE CLAIMED THROUGH:
