SCHEDULE:

In our 2-day ‘ICDL Introduction to Digital Marketing’ course, you will learn essential digital marketing concepts and skills to establish your personal or company’s web presence and kick start your digital marketing journey. You will also learn how to optimize content for search engines, use social media platforms and carry out online marketing and advertising across a range of services. Lastly, you will learn how to monitor and improve campaigns by exporting custom reports from digital marketing analytics platforms to review campaign performances.

At the end of this 2-days course, you will be able to:

1. Identify key concepts of digital marketing, including advantages, limitations, and planning
2. Recognize various web presence options and how to select appropriate keywords for search engine optimization
3. Identify various options for online marketing and advertising, including social media platforms, search engines, e-mail, and mobile marketing.
4. Recognize how effective social media management assists in promotion and lead generation
5. Use a social media management service to schedule posts and set up notifications
6. Understand and use digital marketing analytics services to monitor and improve campaigns

This course provides a strong foundation for individuals who have a keen interest in embarking on a career or business-related to digital marketing. It is suitable for business owners, property & insurance agents, freelancers, self-employed and job seekers.

COURSE PREREQUISITES:

Participants need to have basic computer knowledge to navigate the Internet for research purposes and basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
