- This Introduction to Business Analysis course provides the essentials of the business analysis process, incorporating best practices fromInternational Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), a non-profit organization promoting business analysis best practices.
- The course is designed for those new to the business analyst role or those seeking a structured approach performing business analysis work. This includes understanding of business analysis terminologies and concepts, common business analysis techniques and a
structured framework. - The course outlines the knowledge and skills needed for a business analyst to be effective in performing business analysis work.
- This course uses a case study and hands-on approach for participants to understand the business analysis process from the onset through post implementation review.
