This course integrates modern management practices with traditional Chinese wisdom to help participants effectively manage organisational change. With a strong focus on Chinese culture, the course incorporates traditional philosophies such as Confucianism, Taoism, and Sun Tzu’s Art of War. The course uses case studies of well-known Chinese companies to enhance participants’ leadership skills and ability to adapt to the dynamic business environment.
本课程将现代管理实践与中国传统智慧加以融合,助⼒学员⾼效管理组织变⾰。此课程以中国⽂化为核⼼要点,融汇了儒家思想、道家思想以及孙⼦兵法等传统哲学理念。课程借助对中国知名企业的案例分析研究,提升学员的领导才能以及适应动态商业环境的能⼒。

Learn comprehensive change management theories: Lewin’s model, ADKAR model, Kotter’s 8-step change model / 学习全⾯的变⾰管理理论:勒温模型、ADKA 模型、科特的8步变⾰模型
Gain a deep understanding of traditional Chinese philosophies such as Confucianism’s “benevolence and love,” Taoism’s “governance by doing nothing,” and Sun Tzu’s Art of War / 深⼊理解儒家的“仁爱”、道家的 “⽆为⽽ 治” 以及 “孙⼦兵法” 等中国传统哲学

COURSE FEE AFTER FUNDING CAN BE CLAIMED THROUGH:
