Learn how to make your own Dim Sum and your cravings will be satisfied for life!
This module is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge in making Chinese Moist-Heat Dim Sum Dishes. It also includes the types and uses of baking tools, equipment and ingredients.
You will learn to make the following Dim Sum dishes:
Red Oil Wontons (红油炒手) | Chives Dumpling (韭菜饺子)
Shrimp Dumplings (Har Gao – 虾饺) | Melton Egg Yolk Bun (蛋黄流沙面包) | Chicken Siew Mai (鸡肉烧麦)
Chinese Dumplings (水饺)| Chicken Char Siew Bao (鸡肉叉烧包) | Lotus Leaf Wrapped Rice (He Ye Fan – 荷叶饭)
