COURSE OVERVIEW:
With digitalization, we now have more sales channels than ever – how can we narrow in on the right channels by:
Assessing the costs and benefits for opportunities arising from different channel options?
Economising resources used to manage online assets through key assets and metrics?
Developing metrics to track the performance of sales and incentives?
In this course, you will learn to:
- Assess opportunities offered by different channels by evaluating existing capabilities and opportunities
- Define the appropriate channel mix and recommend the most suitable channel partners to execute the strategy
- Utilise cost-benefit analysis to assess the feasibility of initiatives in managing risks posed by different channel options
- Define brand communication guidelines and marketing plans to ensure message consistency across channels
- Evaluate the viability of online channels both for generating leads as well as for driving sales growth
- Utilise key assets and metrics to manage multiple online assets with minimum resources
