- Prepare workstations, kitchen tools and equipment to be ready before start of cooking
- Prepare food ingredients needed for cooking
- Follow the recipes to cook dry-heat dim sum dishes
- Store ingredients and finished products safely and to reinstate workstations

Entry Requirements:
- 18 years old and above
- Primary education level
- Workplace Literacy & Numeracy Level: At least Level 2 (listening/ speaking and reading/writing)
