COURSE OUTLINE:
This module will enable learners to recognise and respond promptly to threats. This involves the understanding of different types of threats and their indicators, such as threatening behaviour, terrorism activities, presence of Improvised Explosive Devices (IED), and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) etc. Learners will learn how to take appropriate action against threats, conduct security questioning, and report to relevant authorities.

• Identify person-borne threats

4) Deterrence – Manage Disorderly Conduct and Threatening Behaviour (TGS-2019503153):

COURSE OUTLINE:
This module will enable learners to deter and manager disorderly and threatening behaviours. This involves understanding, recognising, responding to, and reporting various undesirable behaviors. Effective communication skills and tactfulness are crucial in managing such situations so as not to aggravate them.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
On completion of the course, the participant should be able to:
• Prepare for the work activities
• Deter threatening behaviour through visible security presence
• Deal with disorderly / threatening behaviour
